For tiny-home builders

Qualified introductions, when both sides have said yes.

Plain status: introductions are not open yet. No builder is currently partnered, no planner data is shared with anyone, and nothing on this site collects contact requests today. This page describes the program we offer to builder partners.

What a delivered introduction will be

People plan real projects in our free planner. When a planner user, on a page of this site, explicitly asks to be contacted by your company by name, we deliver that request to you within 2 business days. Every introduction contains exactly four things — the requester's name, contact method, project location (state/region), and their planner-exported budget range — plus the exact consent text version and timestamp they agreed to. Nothing else is collected for this purpose.

The rules that make it worth paying for

Pricing

USD 40.00 per delivered introduction, invoiced monthly in arrears — or a flat USD 199.00/month for up to 8 introductions. On the flat plan, delivery pauses at the cap; we never bill silent overage, and unused introductions do not roll over. Month-to-month, either side can end at period end; introductions already delivered remain billable.

What visitors will always see

Any page that names a paying builder carries this disclosure beside the placement:

[Builder name] pays Ascendant Systems for introductions requested through this page. That relationship doesn't change the planner's math, and we don't verify or endorse any builder's quality — check licensing and references yourself.

And no request is delivered without the requester agreeing to consent text shown at the point of submission, including a working unsubscribe path. The planner's arithmetic stays neutral either way — a paid relationship never changes a number.

Become the named builder

We partner with builders whose legal identity and license we can verify. Email hello@ascendantsystems.net with the subject "Tiny home builder introductions", your company legal name, license reference and state, and we will send the two-page agreement reflecting exactly the terms above. The consent, deduplication, suppression and delivery workflow behind this program is already built and tested on our side; it switches on only after a signed agreement and compliance sign-off.

This page is an invitation to discuss a commercial agreement, not an offer of introductions to consumers. Until a builder partner is live, the planner remains exactly what it is today: a free, browser-local planning tool that shares nothing.
